Strong student-tutor relationships are at the heart of our work. We select only the most highly qualified tutors to work with our students. All of our tutors possess a bachelor’s degree (at a minimum) because we believe that teaching requires maturity and experience, in addition to enthusiasm and intellectual ability. Many have advanced degrees in their disciplines, and all demonstrate a passion for the subjects they teach. It is precisely this combination of subject expertise and teaching experience that makes our tutors so effective. Many of our tutors are seasoned classroom teachers; others have significant volunteer or out-of-classroom teaching experience.
